SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by PatientLoop on behalf of itself and the clinics it serves. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, re-engagement messages, and promotional offers from the clinic you are a patient of, sent by PatientLoop on the clinic's behalf.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number to the clinic — for example during a visit, when booking an appointment, on an intake or contact form, or by texting the clinic — and agreeing to receive text messages. We do not send messages to numbers obtained from third parties, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the clinic's activity. You may typically receive a few messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. PatientLoop and the clinic do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
