SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by PatientLoop on behalf of itself and the clinics it serves. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

PatientLoop is a messaging vendor for independently owned healthcare and wellness clinics (starting with medical spas). Each clinic is our client, and each clinic's patients are the only people who ever receive messages under that program. When you opt in with a clinic, you may receive appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, re-engagement messages, and promotional offers from that clinic, sent by PatientLoop on the clinic's behalf and using the clinic's name.

How you opt in

You opt in directly with the clinic — for example during an in-person visit, when booking an appointment, on a paper or digital intake form, or by providing your number to clinic staff — and agreeing to receive appointment and promotional text messages. The clinic collects this consent and confirms it to PatientLoop before any phone number is added to a messaging list. We never purchase, scrape, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties, and consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the clinic's activity. You may typically receive a few messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. PatientLoop and the clinic do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
